Statistical Process Control

ensuring efficiency

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an industry standard practice for measuring and controlling quality during the manufacturing process. The objective of SPC is to establish a controlled manufacturing process using statistical techniques to reduce process variation. Reducing variation contributes to improved quality, lower costs (such as waste, scrap, rework, claims) and better insight into the capability of the process.

AN GROUP has helped several organizations become more efficient and arrive at a controlled process by ensuring measurements and data being registered correctly. We aid in registering process adjustments as a way to follow up and evaluate on the effect, as a key part of success.
